The Dining Room Package**
Traditional Kitsap Dining Room Package

  • Two 8' Banquet Tables with White Linens for the Wedding Party.
  • One 60" Round Table with White Linen for the Gifts.
  • One 48" Round Table with White Linen for Wedding Cake.
  • One 48" Round Table with White Linen for Guestbook, etc.
  • Three 6' Banquet Tables with White Table Linens for the Buffet Line, Bar and any Misc. needs
  • Four 13' and one 17' white table skirt to use as appropriate.
  • 60" Round Guest Tables with White Linens for the Elegant and Intimate Dinner Experience.
  • White folding Metal/Plastic chairs for each guest
  • White cloth napkins for each place setting

Enhanced Kitsap Dining Room Package

  • What makes this package enhanced? It includes everything in the Traditional Dining Room, plus a whole lot more.
  • We start by extending your tent in length by 10'. This allocates the room needed: for your buffet line, cake table and bar. Now the food and guest tables can all be under one tent.
  • With extra tent, comes the extra lights and additional leg drapes needed for the continuity.
  • Chairs are upgraded from the White plastic folding chair to the White Wood/Resin chair w/Padded seat for extra style and comfort.
  • Napkins can be selected in any color we offer. 21 different patterns to choose from.
  • Table Linens can be chosen from: White, Ivory, Burgundy, Black, Green or Red.
  • Side walls can be substituted for leg drapes on up to two sides of your tent, at no additional cost. Note: side walls are subject to inventory on hand.
  • With more choices and upgrades this package earns it's name...ENHANCED!

**Note: We set up everything listed in the above package except for: table linens, napkins and skirts. These items will come to you pressed, bagged and in tubs. It will be your obligation to put them on the tables prior to your event and place them in the provided laundry bags at the conclusion of your function. Also if you intend to use the chairs from your Dining Package for the ceremony first, it will be your responsibility to set them up for the ceremony and relocate them back to the tent for dining. Otherwise we will set the chairs at the tables under the tent, as part of the package. Please refrain from keeping wood chairs out in the rain. If you receive your chairs a day or two in advance, we request that you keep them covered under the tent, until needed. Thanks for your cooperation.
