To secure services, an initial contract will be signed by both parties listing specifics of order. In addition, a deposit of 25% (including tax) will be due upon signing. Thirty days prior to your event date, an additional 25% will be due. The final 50% balance of your order, is payable once everything has been delivered and set up to customers specified desire.


In the event client decides to cancel reservation, one half of initial deposit is refundable, if terminated more than 30 days prior. If cancellation transpires 30-11 days prior to event date; initial deposit is completely non–refundable. Reservations cancelled less than 10 days are liable for half of their total order.


All delivery and pickup charges are based on door to door service with normal access. Please indicate at time of reservation if unique circumstances may be encountered with delivery. Unusual circumstances would include stairs, elevators and long distant carries. In these situations additional labor fees will be charged.

When ordering a Kitsap Event Rental Package all delivery fees are included, as long as event happens within: Kitsap County, North Mason County and Pierce County (this side of the Narrows Bridge). If packages are reserved outside of our immediate service area, additional charges will apply.

* Deliveries and pickup on Sunday or after 6:00pm M-Sat. will be subject to additional fees.


When ordering a Kitsap Event Rental Package all set up and tear down fees are included.
If placing an individual order, setup and teardown are $35.00 per $500.00 of rented items.

For example:  
$1.00 - $500.00  = $35.00
$501.00 - $1000.00 = $70.00
$1001.00 - $1500.00   = $105.00

Responsibility for rentals remains with client from time of delivery till pickup. While in your possession , please be certain that items are secure and protected against theft, vandalism and weather conditions. Customer is liable for all breakage, damage and lost inventory and will be billed accordingly.

Shortages or damaged items must be claimed prior to event or will be considered rented as promised.

All rental charges are for time out, even if not used.
